3. A nice and lovable series, but i fear, it's not the kind of show most fans want to watch these days... :-(

4. WE WON'T COME BACK TO THIS UNTIL WE GET MORE FEEDBACK FROM FANS! And you know what I mean by feedback.(^▽^)
-- Guys, I accept that you won't fansub for the glory alone, but there's no way you get donations with the current scheme.

I, for example, would donate if you state clearly how much you want to have over what period of time. And publish the results. If I am about to drop xx$ from my hard-earned money, I want to see my chances of the donation having an effect upfront.

So, you let all of us know something, I'm the first to spend a significant amount, since I'm waiting on this since Underwater dropped the series.

5. Thank you for subbing this show :D
Love it <3

6. >I, for example, would donate if you state clearly how much you want to have over what period of time.
I'm not doing it anymore because it means big pointless troll flame here.
>I want to see my chances of the donation having an effect upfront.
17USD will be enough, I think.) And I can swear that all pre(c/v)ious donors' requests was fulfilled.

7. I love you for this episodes! really ^^

8. Now that was simple. Paid a little extra just to make sure and as a token of gratitude for your continued efforts.

Let the haters hate - just ignore...

9. YAY!!! ANNE!!! I've been waiting since episode 12! Hooray! Thanks so much for getting these out! I can't wait to watch them!

10. TY so much! I'm looking forward to watching whole series—and, so I hope, I'll be able to soon :D

16. Wow. Epic RELEASE!!!
Love your releases :)
Only disadvantage is that the torrents take forever to dl...

ReplyDelete
17. I'm seeking for raw-providers(i.e seeders) in each my torrent(~2 per day), but like hell you care to help your drug dillers, eh?

ReplyDelete
18. Is the seeding for 20-39 gonna finish?
I've been Downloading for 3days & 21 hours so far...

You need a better seed.
Also if the seed is the person releasing them, please wait till you finish seeding it to where there is enough seeds to seed to others before you start putting out more releases. The seeding of those slow down the DL for us that have been downloading for many days on other torrents...

ReplyDelete
19. >You need a better seed.
YES! Read previous message.

ReplyDelete
20. hey, id help seed...if you can just stay on for a darn few hours!

ReplyDelete
21. you ask for donations and can't even fucking seed? come the fuck on with this shit.

ReplyDelete
22. And what, you finally donated? ̄ー ̄
OK, I'M STOPPING IT UNTIL YOU LEARN SOME MANNERS!

ReplyDelete
23. lmao, who are you? Mitsuba from Mitsudomoe?
a fatty with a sadist complex?

your subs are half ass (stolen from China bootlegs i bet as well)

and you stay ebegging in order to make half ass quality releases.

your an embarrassment to all of those true fansubbers out there that bust their ass during their free time from college/actual jobs and give out quality subs for free.

and really your going to stop seeding because of one commenter who speaks the truth? (as if you were seeding much to begin with..)

- bitch please

ReplyDelete
24. SORRY, DUDE, BUT I'M WORLD'S GREATEST OLDSCHOOL UPLOADER & THUS DON'T WATCH MITSUDOMOE SHIT!

ReplyDelete
25. I appreciate the seeding as you have done so far. I wish it was a bit faster though on the seeds.
I'll help seed greatly when the torrent finishes. I've already uploaded 7.2GB already, lol.

27. @Anonymous: He doesnt sub. Do you not understnad? It's in the bloody title. They are either bootleg rips or old vhs fansub tranfers. So complaining about being stolen from Chinese bootlegs is pretty dum considering they are rips from Chinese bootlegs...

ReplyDelete
28. AGAIN, SMARTASS:
1)Not he but they.
2)I'm (personally) subbing & pretty actively.
3)We rip absolutely ANY kind of media.
4)Not Chinese but Malaysian for already 4 years.

ReplyDelete
29. Yea, Anonymous, Better appreciate that Inactive is even releasing them at all.
Of course some of the titles are very old, but with WMT series animes, lots of appreciation there :)
Only complaint I have is on the Seed speed, but there I nothing I can do about that.

ReplyDelete
30. @other anonymous SMARTASS and anyone who donated for this release.

the HK Bootleg (in which is being ripped for this release) with english/chinese and malaysian subs of this full series is available for very cheap.

If whoever's donating paid over 20 bucks for this show alone just know you could of purchased it yourself and gave to the world free of charge (of course i was willing to wait for [ray=out] to release them as the subs from 01-14 were excellent)but we all know lazy people/Impatient Folks/suckers will pay up *sigh*.

regardless though i'll make sure to keep seeding, mainly for the fact that i know Bandai will probably never officially release this series with official english subs outside of japan. and to avoid others having to "Support" in order to download this as well.

ReplyDelete
31. I want to watch before green gables :( I'm 10% away to watch all the missing episodes :(

ReplyDelete
32. Wow, I see hell broke loose here... Oh Dear.

Bandai? Outside of Japan? They didn't make this anime. Nippon Animation is responsible for the production, sponsored/with permission by/from Air Canada, Prince Edward Island, and many other Canadian authorities. See end of the anime credits for more.

I don't believe a single WMT anime has ever been licensed into English (and will probably never be or I hope not). The English subs you see in the public of the old ones are fan-subs, or rips from HKDVDs, like the original Anne of Green Gables anime.

Only animes Bandai USA is willing to license (so they can make profit) are those their owner, Sunrise/Namco Bandai produces or stuff from BONES, A-1 pictures (like as of late). Furthermore, think about merchandise and the profit from those. It would be very little, that is why Bandai USA focuses on shows targeted for a male audience, teenagers to adults, and something that can be "collectible" in terms of merchandise (i.e. Gundam franchise).

~alchemist11 (ray=out anime fansub and services)

ReplyDelete
33. Actually the WMT series "Little Women" has been licensed in the US, and has been dubbed for on HBO, although I'm still trying to find out where I can buy it, lol.

Anyways, The "[ARR] Konnichiwa Anne ~Before Green Gables~ TV 20-39" Batch torrent finally finished, lol. after 1 week and 5 days of downloading, lol. It now has a stable amount of seeds.

ReplyDelete
34. Not only Little Women but also Trapp Family Story; they broadcasted(even online) pretty regularly. Little Women 1980 & 1981 released on VHS.
Of course, it's absolutely impossible to find such info for anyone except me!! And I meant Japanese industry THAT DYING NOW because of ILLEGAL DOWNLOADS (and downloaders).

ReplyDelete
35. Trapp Family Story? If it were, I would suspect Live-eviL would drop it because they don't do licensed shows. Perhaps it's not licensed in the borders of NA or any more since they don't last forever.

The "Japanese" industry wouldn't EVER die from illegal downloads and downloaders. The demand of anime from these same downloaders on the industry is what's driving them to continue with more. Native Japanese (except for the kids) don't have time to watch anime via a TV due to school or other obligations, so they tend to download it or watch it via stream, i.e. YouTube, NicoDouga, etc. Japanese studios are well aware of this.

The only change is the type/genre of anime. A lot of original animes are being replaced by manga adaptations (mainly so that it can be licensed elsewhere and Japan make double the profit). And there is also funding/sponsorship. Any anime can be made, but funding is required and if sponsors don't feel that anime will not regenerate substantial revenue, then there really is no point. Take Studio 4C for example, they make many music video shorts of potential full length anime and anime films, but their works are almost never realised - again, because of the lack of funding to initiate such project. However, most of the trailers and previews of anime you see today are actually made (animation+production) by Studio 4C themselves. If you read the credits, you will notice this.

Original anime will return, but slowly. It will be awhile until we see another Eureka Seven, RahXephon, Wolf`s Rain, Darker than Black. Though, BONES' Star Driver is one of them.

Now, getting back to point... Take the Gundam franchise for example. It's so big that there is probably nothing in comparison (perhaps the YGO franchise, but that itself is minuscule); I mean they even made a 1:1 scale model of it. Gundam anime will keep being made and illegal downloads will never have an impact on it. It may change Sunrise and Namco Bandai approach into how they want to sell it, i.e. instead of airing it on TV, release it as DVD/BD only, but production will not stop.

Lastly, if you haven't noticed, anime that are illegally downloaded tend to be only those that are popular, i.e. Detective Conan, Naruto, Bleach, One Piece, Fairy Tail and many others. These are things with huge sponsorship backing and likely only to stop when a. no one likes it any more, b. lack of funds, c. if the original creator dies since these are based on the manga, or d. like c but for the production cast (voice cast, director, etc).

Unpopular anime like WMT shows, romcom shoujo anime, yaoi anime, or anime for children have a completely different and separate side of financial backing, thus illegals have little to no impact as the figures are not substantial to cause outrage.

All these hulla-ballo about the anime industry dieing is a myth. If anything were to die, it would be licening groups like Funimation for the US, and others for different countries.

36. We need someone else to release Trapp Family Story.
Live-Evil is taking way too long.

ReplyDelete
37. >Trapp Family Story?<
It was dubbed/it was on HK. WMT was in english a long before subbers noticed its awesomeness.

>"Japanese" industry wouldn't EVER die from illegal downloads and downloaders<
It's "dying", not "will die for sure". It's in agony.

>The demand of anime from these same downloaders on the industry is what's driving them to continue with more.<
"Demand" from ungrateful leechers O_O? It's sponsors' money, nothing more!

>Native Japanese don't have time to watch anime via a TV<
Otakus have, salarymans just don't care.

>so they tend to download it or watch it via stream, i.e. YouTube, NicoDouga, etc.<
Youtube: only until they'll block it. Nico: deleted most illegal; official streamings cost money. Research more before posting next time.

Why you wrote so much, btw? Trying to justify yourself! You're guilty & you know it.

ReplyDelete
38. It's not dying, dude. The ACG (anime, comic, games) industry is an icon of Japan. No one will let it die. As I said before, Gundam, a successful franchise and icon will not ever die or is dying currently. Sunrise has made very successful animes over the years and will continue to do in the future, i.e. Yakitate Ja-pan, Mister Ajikko, Gundam Unicorn, etc.

Yes, demand! Perhaps you should read comments from Japanese director blogs and comments from mangaka blogs. Some of those fans are the ones who are illegally downloading content as well as supporting their favourite creators at the same time. And I didn't mean the production, of course that requires money from sponsors, but viewer-ship is a large factor. If an anime does not have a consistent and large viewer-ship, anime will end short, say an anime is proposed to be 50 episodes, but because of low viewer-ship, it can be shorted to 26 episodes.

No, otakus also don't have time either. I've sent a questionnaire about this subject to a group of Natives and they said they just don't have enough time. Now, hikikomoris are another case. They are the ones who truly do have time, but they are a minority in Japan, so they don't count. Majority otakus are people like those that attend Comicket. They represent the sector of the industry that continue to support.

Those were just examples. There are many more streaming sites, some of which are for the Japanese audience. I know a particular one but forgot the url - I just remember that the entire site was in Japanese and it was a rip-off of Nico Douga. It has full length shows of all the present airing anime. Speaking of research, I have found that some Japanese broadcasters and music label companies block Japanese content for the non-Japanese audience, especially anime or music that are not licensed. And depending on the ISP, some Japanese people are able to view those that anime or music freely. Furthermore, you can easily bypass restrictions by naming and tagging the file on YouTube entirely different from the real content. Uploaders of Detective Conan does this.

Guilt of what? I know for a fact the "Japanese" industry is not dying, however, the American dubbing industry is. The new generation don't like dubs and want to see it gone. This is affecting licensors of America because they specialise in dubbing and optional subtitle track.

And lastly, original content takes 3-5 years? Are you out of your mind? We're not in the 20th century! BONES can make (script+art, excludes production) original anime within 6 months. They've done so in the past and can whenever they want. Some of their successful original animes are Eureka Seven (the manga came after), Darker than BLACK (again, the manga came after), Bounen no Xamdou, and the currently airing Star Driver. All original content. BONES is a small company specialising in original content unless they are requested to do otherwise, like Heroman and No.6.

And I wrote so much because you don't understand anything about the currently industry. You're living in the past in denial, doing things the old fashioned way which people don't like any more. Fansubbing and the industry has evolved!

39. >>Some of those fans are the ones who are illegally downloading content as well as supporting their favourite creators at the same time.<
And then they write to creators: "we downloaded your works llegally & really enjoyed, thanks!"

>>anime is proposed to be 50 episodes, but because of low viewer-ship, it can be shorted to 26 episodes.
Yes, but in good ol' times it also was prolonged like for example Patlabor 26->49.

>>I just remember that the entire site was in Japanese and it was a rip-off of Nico Douga. It has full length shows of all the present airing anime.
And paying subscritions, yes. They controlling their segment & suing Share users cos they need money, not just "thanks!".

>>you can easily bypass restrictions by naming and tagging the file on YouTube entirely different from the real content.
Yes, but NOBODY FIND IT then! I found Skyer 5 by pure coincidence: it was called SY(1) & SY(2). All properly named videos(old stuff too) was deleted. I'm dling gbs from youtube, just belive me.))

>>you can easily bypass restrictions by naming and tagging the file on YouTube entirely different from the real content.
Watch interview that I upped presonally for you before answering.

>>Eureka Seven (the manga came after), Darker than BLACK (again, the manga came after), Bounen no Xamdou,
Eureka Seven was created not in 6 months, for sure. DtB takes 3 years. Xamd wasn't succesful.

>>and the currently airing Star Driver
Sorry, but it looks like generic bishie crap. I'll tell you how it begin: Tetsujin 28 FX(WTF?), Dancougar Blazing Epilogue(Damn, how they dare!), Gundam W(Hmm, not bad...), Dagwon(OMG, they trying to sell this crap to kids!).

>>And I wrote so much because you don't understand anything about the currently industry
It's strange cos all people who understand situation share my opinion:

They connected!

ReplyDelete
40. *No rebuttals this time, but I agree with most of your statements.

"We downloaded your works illegally & really enjoyed, thanks!"

Lol. Of course they wouldn't say that unless they want to, but you have to remember, illegal downloading in the teens or while you are still in college for most Americans, Europeans and Asians is only a fad (just like fansubbing is). They all eventually, as they grow older start to purchase when they make enough money to buy them - like I have for Vexille and 8 books of manga. I've also bought Japanese R2 DVDs, by the way.

"Yes, but in good ol' times it also was prolonged like for example Patlabor 26->49."

Yup, this is mostly true for anime that have a consistent viewer-ship, thus it can be continued longer than the proposed deal. Detective Conan is a prime example of this. A lot of people like the anime and later on purchase the optical media, thus the anime continues. Honestly, though, Detective Conan is a repetitive anime with no progress in the story. I hear the manga is the same too. But as we all know from the 600+ episodes/manga chapters, the Japanese sure like their mystery detective anime.

The Japanese stream site I saw and used did not have a payment scheme, all free. They did, however, have some advertising. The site hosted anime, hentai, live action drama and films.

About YouTube: It's not hard to find them if you know people in the community. If it's deleted even after then, it just means that the video had been personally reviewed by a Google/YouTube employee who was requested by the copyright holder to take the video down. Those are rare incidents, I'm able to watch raw Detective Conan all the time from YouTube (Japanese name) and it's not taken down even after a few weeks. I use web-sites like goodanime.net or anime44.com to find those YouTube links.

What video?

Again, I said, story and art, not the animation. Writing the story of a 52 episode anime as well as doing schematic drawings shouldn't take more than a minimum of 6 months. A mangaka can write and draw (with his team) a volume of manga easily, so it should be the same for anime production. This is certainly plausible for E7 because it was the first anime series they started airing in 2005. Skull Man and DtB Season 1 were the only animes that aired in 2007, so again plausible. Xamdou wasn't successful on TV, it was on the PlayStation Network. Also, BONES is a small company, they don't have a large staff, at most 30 people. So they wouldn't ever do more than two anime series at the same time. They are though currently hiring, so they do want to expand.

"Sorry, but it looks like generic bishie crap."

Agree. Star Driver is kind of (crap and) targetted for a female audience than male. But, that's the trend as of late nowadays. To make zombie anime and get more females to watch anime since they hardly make shouji anime outside of WMT. Not all anime are perfect, not everyone will like them, but at the end of the day, the goal is revenue.

As for the link: What do you expect? Of course, creators will get low wages if they talent cannot produce adequate to fill quota. But this is just a temporary issue. Many well-known creators of anime have passed away and now is a "waiting" period until the new creators learn as they grow older to become and follow in the same footsteps as the past.

"They connected!"

They truly are. Crunchyroll is a prime example. I coin it "legal fansubbing" because it is essentially that, minus the advertising. However, there will be a distinction between the two and I personally have some propositions will I which propose to various Japanese companies.

ReplyDelete
41. >>*No rebuttals this time, but I agree with most of your statements.
Ok, let's end then. It's really crazy place to discuss anything, especially this.

>>What video?
Gainax director interview for Hawaiian TV

>>will get low wages if they talent cannot produce adequate to fill quota
OMG! Lack of talent doesn't mean that you need to work for pennies like chinese slaves.

>new creators learn as they grow older to become and follow in the same footsteps as the past.
ONLY OBSESSED OTAKUS LEFT WITH SUCH CONDITIONS! All others, who don't want to die from hunger drawing wrinkles on pantsu, will go
away!

>They truly are. Crunchyroll is a prime example.
And Funimation, which is mere dubbing company for ya. But fansubbers continue stealing anyway! Seems like they lost leftovers of ethic & common sense. "Love anime - f*ck creators!" - their new motto.

Ok, maybe in your eyes industry isn't dying, but it's clearly as day where it going & why.

ReplyDelete
42. "OMG! Lack of talent doesn't mean that you need to work for pennies like chinese slaves."

It's a monopoly. The company bosses can do whatever they want if they feel people are not giving their best. This applies for any corporate company.

"ONLY OBSESSED OTAKUS LEFT WITH SUCH CONDITIONS!"

No, there are talented people. It's just that they haven't had the chance to shine. Animax as you know used to do one-shots of anime from unique creators called the Animax Taisho Awards. However, due to financial issues, especially after the global crisis, they had to seize that venue.

"But fansubbers continue stealing anyway!"

They: HorribleSubs, CrunchySubs, etc are not fansubbers. They are rippers. Rippers have existed just as long as fansubbers. Funimation won't do ANYTHING to rippers because they are essentially promoting the company. In Funimation's eyes, they don't care as long as no group or individual "fansubs" (translate, timing, etc) their licenses. Ten thousand people downloading a fansub of their license is like a loss of profit/sale to them.

"maybe in your eyes industry..."

Not just mine. I speak on behalf of fansubbing community. It's growing again. Anime adaptations of well-known manga is only the beginning. Original content will follow once they realise they can't always do anime adaptations.

"Watched last Gundam movie (2010).. Poor me! It's just remake of Argento Soma (2000) with bishie fanservice!"

In case you didn't know, the Gundam film is a sequel of the Gundam 00 series, which in turn is a offshoot of older Gundam anime. Gundam anime are all related with each other one way or another. As for the bishie, again, only included so they can get females to watch Gundam, which is rare as it is.

ReplyDelete
43. >>It's a monopoly. The company bosses can do whatever they want if they feel people are not giving their best. This applies for any corporate company.

BUT ANIMATION STUDIOS ISN'T CORPORATIONS! And they don't have even rights(i.e. future profits) for their creations. Where you find this crazy idea after all? Do you think SHAFT have high wages (Bakemonogatari is on 2nd place after Golden Eggs in DVD selling chart of past decade)? Bosses don't need a reason!

>>Animax as you know used to do one-shots of anime from unique creators called the Animax Taisho Awards.

They're not unique, just amateur scriptwrites' works: sometimes generic crap like Azusa, sometimes smth better. Nothing unexpected, nothing that can make into good & popular series. Maybe japanese mind don't have fresh ideas at all?

>unimation won't do ANYTHING to rippers because they are essentially promoting the company.

Promoting and stealing profits in the same time! Whether someone making fansub yourself or just rip subs it doesn't matter in this case. It destroying industry anyway!

>It's growing again. Anime adaptations of well-known manga is only the beginning.

Adaptatations of POPULAL manga, POPULAR ranobe, POPULAR games, remakes of POPULAR animes of past years. Nothing more! There was only TWO ORIGINAL ANIME in past season: Miracle Train(bishie crap!!) & Meat or Die(crappy 3D). This is END!

>In case you didn't know, the Gundam film is a sequel of the Gundam 00 series, which in turn is a offshoot of older Gundam anime. Gundam anime are all related with each other one way or another.

Ok, and which Gundam invented idea of bloody war against Unknown Shit? I'll tell you: it wasn't Gundam, it was Evangelion! When they don't have ideas anymore but still wanna make money, they always ending with Unknow Shit or smth of the kind.

>As for the bishie, again, only included so they can get females to watch Gundam, which is rare as it is.

NO, FEMALE OTAKUS IS MAIN AUDITORY OF MECHA TODAY! It's known fact; use google for statistics.

ReplyDelete
44. I'm not saying all studios are, but some are. Those that have money to burn, companies that continue making the same kind of anime neglecting poor sales. Companies like Sunrise that is owned by Bandai Namco, A-1 Pictures which is owned by Aniplex, which is owned by Sony. These higher up companies provide vast funds when needed. There funds are not for the production per se, but wages of the workers.

Nope, they are unique - it's about doing things not commonly made the usual way. About mixing different ideas with a touch of new art and hopefully producing something good. Of course, critics aren't always positive about it, so it gets horrible ratings.

Funimation would disagree. When was the last time Funimation ever sent a DMCA/C&D to a ripper? I haven't heard of any. They, however, always send DMCA/C&D to fansubbers. Rippers don't impact their profit as much as subbers. Since fansubbing is about doing things after it airs in Japan, while rippers can only touch the products AFTER it's out on optical media. Funimation started streaming, because they wanted to make profit in that margin of waiting period between airing in Japan and DVDs out in America. Crunchyroll became a success, so they followed. And many others as well; like AnimeNewsNetwork, RightStuf, etc.

Similarly, I could say the same thing to you. Paying someone to provide translation or ripping HK DVDs or whatever you are doing is affecting the industry. That money, the donations you get can go to better use. Like directly to Japanese studios and their creators or even companies like Funimation. You don't think what you are doing is having a greater impact? Of course it bloody is! A larger one. Most fansubbers don't profit from what they do. But what you are doing, especially people like Tetris no Miko, who makes money from translations, is affecting on a larger (hidden) scale. By the way, that article she wrote is YEARS old and she still asks today. She is the biggest scam in the fansubbing community. If a translator charges 30$ per episode of a 26 episodic series, the total is 780 dollars. That's over 60,000 yen. A lot of money which can go directly to the pocket of the creator instead of a narcissist American.

My point was, they will eventually run out of popular manga to adapt, then original anime will come. It's easier and cheaper to adapt an anime based on a manga than come up with a new idea. So they are going the easy way out to try to make-up for the losses after the recession.

I haven't seen Evangelion, so I won't comment on that. But, as for female otakus. I don't disagree. But I was talking specifically about Gundam. Males mostly watch Gundam, females don't. The studio is trying to get females into it.

*It will only end when you stop your comments on here and Tokyo Toshokan.

ReplyDelete
45. >I'm not saying all studios are, but some are.

2 examples? Not a good way of polemic. I'm talking about whole industry.

>There funds are not for the production per se, but wages of the workers.

Production cost = wages of workers, if you don't know.

>Nope, they are unique - it's about doing things not commonly made the usual way. About mixing different ideas with a touch of new art and hopefully producing something good.

Same problem as w/ Cencoroll: it must be individual work, but ended as generic action. What was point in doing it for 3 years practically by yourself? Ideas are absolutely unorignal. Moreover, The Strange Tale of the Dreamball Dealer & Takane's Bicycle are looks like from the same scriptwiter & resemble social commercials. Animation was experimenal only in Shoka but plot is absent, so what's point?

>They, however, always send DMCA/C&D to fansubbers.

No, they suing mere downloaders now! Because it's downloaders who need to support industry, but they just don't care anymore. DVD Sales reduced to critcal level because all available online years before licensing.

>Paying someone to provide translation or ripping HK DVDs or whatever you are doing is affecting the industry.

I'm doing only stuff that out of print or never will be licensed in USA. I'm not gonna do WonderBeat even if I want because it's available on CR(although only 3 ep & doubt they'll continue).

>That money, the donations you get can go to better use. Like directly to Japanese studios and their creators or even companies like Funimation.

25$ per month? Funimation would disagree.))

>You don't think what you are doing is having a greater impact? Of course it bloody is!

Of course is bloody no! 200-400(600 if I use word "loli")) dls can't impact anything. It's real promote which you talked about. Therewith, nobody cares.)

>But what you are doing, especially people like Tetris no Miko, who makes money from translations, is affecting on a larger (hidden) scale.

It's affecting only YOUR PSEUDO-MORAL! Why you ignoring EroBeat doing same thing for years? Why you not commenting quote(1997) from Barabara Chambers which I posted everywhere? Information about donors freely available on their site: http://www.quixium.com. Even DOMO's Persia scripts(1998) which I remastered had list of donors at the beginning. You're too young to know anything about good ol' times, but I hoped this imformation will be enough for you to soften your position.

>She is the biggest scam in the fansubbing community.

No, dude, it's fair business. But more importantly: she HELPING PEOPLE, and you JUST SATISFY YOUR EGO!

> A lot of money which can go directly to the pocket of the creator instead of a narcissist American.

Someone who paying for translation not gonna buy r2j anyway, believe me. Although he must do it before this.))

>But I was talking specifically about Gundam. Males mostly watch Gundam, females don't. The studio is trying to get females into it.

THEY ALL WANT! Because males just don't care anymore:
"Males
1) K-On!
2) The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi
3) Lucky Star
4) Gundam (all series)
5) Saki
Females
1) Gundam (all series)
2) K-On!
3) Code Geass
4) Macross Frontier
5) Evangelion / Toradora! (tie)
So what do we have here? Four out of five of the top shows watched by girls are about giant robots, while four out of five of the top shows watched by boys are about little girls! Welcome to the new world order, otaku-style..."

46. I have no response to the males versus females survey. Japanese males nowadays just prefer their loli and moe over action series because you cannot fap to that.

Only 2 examples because those are the only two I know very well. I watch anime from very specific animation studios, so I don't know much about others like Shaft.

The point is to garner a generation that will understand from those supposedly original animes and learn how to create original works. It takes time to be the next Tezuka, Miyazaki or Makoto.

You do realise, they cannot literally sue several thousand downloaders. It's not possible to jail 100k people for illegal downloading. They are just trying to scare people since most downloaders are young adults.

Regardless of what you are doing, it doesn't justify paying someone for something else someone worked hard for. See, when I fansub, I don't make money and I make sure those that download from me doesn't use it to either. That way, the creator does not lose any money. But when you pay someone for the translation as well as sell the product, the original creator is losing.

Erobeat? It's hentai. That's an entirely different sector of the industry that I won't talk about that because that industry is driven from donations from leechers. And I'm not talking about others because it's from the 20th century, from the 90s. Their opinions don't matter any more, the scene has changed and continues to change. I'm sure the old times were good, but that's only for your generation. The current generation requires different even if it's not to your wishes.

"HELPING PEOPLE, and you JUST SATISFY YOUR EGO!"

Where is the helping? Making money from doing illegal activities is not helping someone who is poor. Making money for personal gain will not feed the creators. Fansubbing, scanlating, ripping, and what you are doing as well, is all illegal. But pushing the boundary but profiteering is the utmost low.

47. I'm done. I cannot argue with you any more. This is just stupid. Mark my words though, what do are doing as well as people like TnM will have serious consequences but we won't know when that may come. It may be tomorrow, 5-10 years from now or maybe after your generation is gone.

48. >>The point is to garner a generation that will understand from those supposedly original animes and learn how to create original works. It takes time to be the next Tezuka, Miyazaki or Makoto.

Sorry, but you know nothing about today's industry & place of talent in it.

>>They are just trying to scare people since most downloaders are young adults.

Young zombies that obsessed with cool fonts & sfx of today fansubs & don't want to watch legal streamings even for free.

>>See, when I fansub, I don't make money and I make sure those that download from me doesn't use it
to either. That way, the creator does not lose any money.

Bullshit! They always calculate loss of money using dl count. They don't care about your pseudo-moral & probably they're right.

>>But when you pay someone for the translation as well as sell the product, the original creator is losing.

I'm not selling anything; rates are laughable for both Japan & USA. All creators are already dead or retired.

>>Erobeat? It's hentai. That's an entirely different sector of the industry that I won't talk about that because that industry is driven from donations from leechers.

F*CKING DOUBLE STANDARDS! You're understand what are you talking about?! And when fansub became industry? "Fansub industry destroying anime industry", cool!

>>And I'm not talking about others because it's from the 20th century, from the 90s. Their opinions don't matter any more, the scene has changed and continues to change.

Sorry, but vhs/dvd distros still here, still distributing & never heard your precious opinion about "illegal activities" they're doing for ~15-20 years.

>>I'm sure the old times were good, but that's only for your generation. The current generation requires different even if it's not to your wishes.

Greedy, silly, irresponsible & voracious schoolkids living in illusory world? Just look at yourself: you did all to ignore real facts that I gave to you.

>>Making money from doing illegal activities is not helping someone who is poor.

It's helping someones who asking. The problem that "your" generation don't care about them.

>what do are doing as well as people like TnM will have serious consequences but we won't know when that may come.

It's only problem of your pseudo-ethic that you created to not feel remorse, but I dunno when you finally realise it. Now you find whole TWO(!) scapegoats.)) Enjoy it while you can!
